As part of our ongoing commitment to ethical recruitment and responsible business practices, Osadi recently held our annual internal training refresher. The session was attended by team members across departments and focused on reinforcing the principles and standards that guide our recruitment processes.
The training was designed to provide a deeper understanding of:
- What defines an ethical recruitment process
- Key factors in fair and responsible employment practices
- Risks and challenges associated with unethical recruitment
- Effective communication between all parties involved in recruitment
- Social compliance according to international and local recruitment standards
- Prevention strategies to mitigate recruitment-related risks
- The importance of promoting ethical awareness in the workplace
- Upholding human rights protection within organizational practices
The refresher included group discussions, case reviews, and strategy-building exercises.
Training sessions like this serve as important reminders of our shared values—transparency, fairness, and integrity. At Osadi, ethical recruitment isn’t a one-off effort. It’s something we practice every day, in every role we place and every partnership we build.
