Zero Fees Policy

All workers shall not be charged any fees or costs for recruitment, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, including costs associated with transportation, lodging and accommodation, processing official documents and work visas in both home and host countries. All the inbound and outbound recruitment fee will be covered by OSADI or client upon agreement by the parties on the applicable terms & conditions.

If such fees are found to be charged to the workers, OSADI will require the Source Country Agent to repay the workers. If no action is taken, OSADI reserves the right to repay the workers and set off the amount directly from the amount payable to the Source Country Agent, suspend and terminate its relationship with the Source Country Agent.
