At Osadi, we believe that integrity is the foundation of ethical and responsible business practices. To reinforce our commitment to corporate governance and compliance, our team recently attended the Fundamental of the Anti-Corruption Legal Framework in Malaysia seminar, conducted by Ps Thilak al Munusamy from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (SPRM).
The seminar provided valuable insights into Malaysia’s anti-corruption laws, covering key aspects of the MACC Act 2009, corporate liability under Section 17A, and the legal consequences of corruption offenses. Participants also gained a deeper understanding of whistleblower protection and reporting mechanisms, equipping them with the knowledge to uphold ethical practices in the workplace.
This initiative aligns with Osadi’s ongoing efforts to foster a culture of integrity and accountability. By staying informed on regulatory frameworks and best practices, we continue to strengthen our governance structure and ensure compliance with anti-corruption policies.
A special thank you to Ps Thilak al Munusamy and SPRM for an engaging and insightful session. Together, we remain committed to upholding transparency and ethical business conduct.
