Act 446, or the Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 (Akta Standard Minimum Perumahan, Penginapan dan Kemudahan Pekerja 1990 [Akta 446]), sets the benchmark for the minimum standards of housing and amenities for workers in Malaysia.
