Osadi’s Lunas Vision City worker accommodation in Kulim, Kedah, has reached a major completion milestone, adding purpose-built accommodation capacity for employers managing foreign workers in the Kulim industrial corridor.

When we first shared our plans for the new apartment-style worker housing in Lunas Vision City in September 2025, construction and commissioning were still underway. The development was designed around a 3-room, 3-bathroom (3R3B) apartment-style concept, with supporting facilities for workers living on-site.

With the development now reaching completion, that plan has become a tangible part of Osadi’s accommodation and workforce management capabilities.

What does the Lunas Vision City worker accommodation provide?

The Lunas Vision City facility was developed as an apartment-style worker accommodation option for employers with foreign worker housing requirements in Kulim and the surrounding industrial areas. The development comprises three 7-storey blocks with 300 apartment-style units, providing accommodation capacity for up to approximately 3,600 residents.

Each 3R3B unit accommodates up to 12 residents, providing smaller shared living spaces compared with conventional large dormitory arrangements.

Supporting amenities include a medical room, dining facilities, laundromat, convenience store, reading room, surau, and rest and quarantine facilities. Residents also have access to everyday amenities within the surrounding Lunas Vision City township.

Lunas Vision City reaches a new milestone

The Lunas Vision City worker accommodation has progressed from construction and commissioning to completion, marking an important milestone for the development first introduced by Osadi in 2025.

With the physical accommodation and supporting infrastructure in place, the development strengthens Osadi’s ability to support employers looking for managed worker accommodation in Kulim and the surrounding industrial areas.
