Ronne Wooi
Ronne is the Managing Director and the co-founder of OSADI. He started off his career in the production department for a MNC before starting up OSADI.
He is currently primarily responsible for setting the business direction and overseeing the business development, finance and administrative functions of OSADI and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.
With his extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in the manpower industry of approximately twenty five (25) years, he has contributed significantly to OSADI’s success, particularly in driving our OSADI’s business direction.
Ravi Olaganathan
Ravi is the Operations Director and co-founder of OSADI. He has had an extensive twenty six (26) years career recruiting and handling local & foreign workers.
He handles ethical recruitment and responsible workplace procedure and processes. With his decade years of experience and competencies in managing JTK/KDN applications, Ravi liaison roles with federal and local government agencies to ensure all applications submitted to relevant authorities are adequate and complying with all applicable legal requirements. He has good communication skill in managing workers’ welfare, participation and engagement by conducting effective communication sessions to all workers from time to time.
Roger Low
Hailing from 33 years in the FMCG industry, Roger then decided to lend a helping hand on the operations department of OSADI, spearheading the Hostel & Transport management team.
Roger had been instrumental in establishing and implementing ISO9001:2015.
His hard work has seen its fruits of labour when OSADI had been certified on 19th Sept 2018.
Roger is currently the Operations Manager with OSADI.
